CHARACTERS & PROPS
Softwares Used: Zbrush (highpolys); Maya (topology and UVs); Substance Painter (textures); Marmoset Toolbag (bakes); Marvelous Designer (as a starting point for some of the clothings); Substance Designer (for some of the patterns on the textures).
Chef Squad is a published mobile game by Melting Games. I had the chance on working on it while at Eldorado Studio, a former outsourcing company for animation and games.
During more than a year, we needed to create over 50 characters, as well as several props and environments for some full scenes of promotional material. For much of this, I was responsible for the modeling, the UVs, and the texturing, under Daíze Cena and Eiti Sato's supervision.
I worked in the modeling of all the highlighted characters and props below (excluding the ones that appear only in the full scenes of promotional material). In some cases, the work was collaborative, when one person would be responsible for modeling the face of the character and another the clothes. I was responsible for the textures of all the highlighted characters and props below.
